How do you look at yourself? Are you confident in your abilities? Having a strong and healthy mind is the foundation of how we operate. Negative thought patterns and low self-efficacy are detrimental to a human being. I believe we all have the capability to at least get to a position where we can feel proud and confident, we just need to know how to get there and I believe I can help with this.

Are you tired of having a low self belief, not having the confidence to take on challenging tasks, because you feel like you will not succeed? I have struggled immensely with the feeling of doubts, thinking less of myself than who I really am. Having an understanding of how psychology works will enhance the results you are working for. 

What is Psychology and how do we train it? 

Psychology is originally seen as the “scientific study of our thoughts and behaviors”. We can also see it as a part of our own development. We have the physical side of life, but we should never forget the mental part. The way we see ourselves, believing what is possible and our self efficacy is very important. If we do not work on this, our results will be very limited. In Optimal Physicality I will spend a great part at taking a deeper dive in our own mind and give lessons in how we can enhance our mental health and strength.
